    “Shuckerow said they are eager to come up with a good plan for everyone.”

    It will have to be big enough for “everyone”. As they inch closer to creating the grandiose Homeless Taj Mahal it will draw geometrically increasing numbers until it becomes so unwieldy that we taxpayers will wind up living there too.

    $1M per month for the Sully? You ain’t seen nothing yet. You’d think we were smart enough to learn from failed experiments like San Francisco.
