    A child learns to read from kindergarten through the third grade. A student reads to learn from the fourth grade on.
    A simple statement, yet for so many years of Thomas Dewey’s socialist mythology of teaching, we have a success rate of under 50% of our students across the state proficient in reading.
    That the educational profession continues to be in purposeful denial of their noses on their faces when it comes to acknowledging failure and reason to seek successful curriculum.
