To all who criticize teachers, I say this: Most Politicians talk about money to reduce class size (never happens) money goes elsewhere. the paper work and documentation teachers have to complete is beyond the pale. When the supervisors implement programs, they never ask teachers what will work. Anyone critical of teachers should spend time in the classroom. The interruptions of pull out programs, special education students who have Teacher assistants, students coming late to class or leaving early is chaotic.. Take a look at the raises that those in the administration building get compared to teachers. Walk in the shoes of a teacher and then tell me they don’t deserve a raise.
