    Editor,

    Previously I noted that I would not be supporting our local Representative, Ortiz with my vote for more reasons than this absconding of the intent for the dividend’s original goal of being the “Watch Dog” reason for citizens to keep an eye on the legislature.
    He and the others may be “Proud” of what they have accomplished and in our Representative’s case, his claim to desire to see the dividend included in the Constitution rings hollow as a re-election ploy.
    The only offensive move by voters that will prove effective is to vote the votes for the prostitution of the intent resulting in a annual wreaking of resolve by the legislature in the eventual loss of furture distributions to the folks.
